Ok the secret to a cute outfit is the aray of colours in the outfit. For example, NEVER wear red and purple together it clashes, and pink and red are only meant to wear for valentines day. Also one thing you should know, Is you don`t have to wear the outfit you see in a magazine, be original, be creative, add a little more you to it.OK another tip is there is 2 colours of white a bright white and an off white, don`t get them mixed up, cause bright white looks too summery in the the winter. And add a little accessory make the outfit original,whether adding a scarf, bracelet, necklace or belt. Be True Be you. Even when it comes to fashion don`t try to copy anyones style wear whatever you want cause you like it not because "It`s in" or "shes" wearing it.
